William is NOT a “bot” an “AI agent” or a “chatbot”. He is definitely not a white-labeled prompting agent created via Vapi, Retell, High-Level, etc. - William is our proprietary, AI Intake System that turns missed calls into committed, and qualified leads. William will answer based on the preference, all calls or only after-hours/overflow. He filters spam, asks a few intake questions, then sends the lead instantly by text, email (or CRM) with the caller info, a short summary, and a recording. The goal is simple: turn missed opportunities into predictable into a revenue generation machine, in both saving time and committing leads before they call the next company. - William HR William AI screens candidates for you up front based on a client's qualification form. William checks references automatically, and gives you clear reports with recordings, scorecards, and next-step recommendations so managers can make faster + better hiring decisions, cutting employee acquisition down by days or weeks. - Photo Intake William AI handles photo intake from start to finish by collecting the right photos from customers, organizing them with the caller's details, and turning everything into a clear, usable record their team can review fast. Allowing companies to give quotes instantly without driving 20-30 minutes just to deal with a tire-kicker. - William Insights William AI gives you one clear view of every lead, handoff, call result, and follow-up, while showing what services drive demand and how each location is performing so you can make better marketing and operating decisions, based on real call data.

Pricing

One-time build + usage billed monthly.

Build Investment: $2,000-$8,000+ one-time build out per location Allowed payment options: Full Build investment today (the most ideal option, as it allows your full commission right away) 25-35% down now, then 3 installment every 30 days from payment for the remaining amount (if it’s a huge deal you can negotiate to 25% down today) Half now, half 30 days later (typically my first “sell down”) 3rd Party Financing allows for businesses to afford William at a not so scary monthly rate. In some cases with higher ticket calls (like in tree companies), financing means William will be nothing but profit, starting day 1 (so long as William gets that business 1 extra job a month).Zero interest if you have decent credit score Billing: usage is billed monthly and the client’s card on file is auto-charged. Multi-location: discounts may be available, but must be approved first (never freestyle a multi-location deal).

Guarantee + Success Rate

95% average (92% minimum guaranteed).

Click to open

92%+ missed-call success rate in the first month. If we don’t hit it, we work for free until we do (and/or we waive usage charges while we’re fixing it). This does not mean a refund of the initial build fee. Simply the client will not be billed usage if they do not hit the minimum 92% success rate. The client agreement covers what is considered a successful call.

Integrations & Lead Delivery

Text, email, and API-friendly CRMs.

Click to open

We can deliver leads via: • Text (fastest) • Email • CRM / tools via integrations (depends on platform API access) Our Client app will be available post April 15th. This will replace text/email (unless they want it) It allows live leads/messages to come in via a dashboard, and has more real-time transparency. Known integrations we already support: Jobber, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, HouseCall Pro, SingeOps, HubSpot, etc. Most major CRMs if they’re API-friendly. Rule: If a prospect asks for a specific CRM integration that’s not clearly supported, talk to the dev team before promising it.

Client Onboarding (After The Sale)

Dev-led build call → go live in 24–48 hours.

Click to open

This is simple. After the agreement is signed and payment is collected, the dev team runs a 15-minute customization call to gather everything needed (hours, services, routing, who gets alerts, special rules). Timeline: we typically go live within 24–48 hours after the customization call. Client receives a dedicated AI phone number, then forwards calls to it based on their chosen routing (via call forwarding): • all calls or only missed calls or after-hours only or overflow only. Note: Forwarding the call is simple. The client calls their phone provider and tells them to forward calls to the AI number (works with all phone providers) Forwarding calls DOES NOT tamper or mess with "Tracking Numbers" that some businesses user with marketing efforts or otherwise.

Missed Call Alternatives

Why “not answering” is expensive.

William AI: 92% minimum success rate turning missed calls into a warm, qualified lead (95% average). Voicemail: Most callers don’t leave a message, so you lose the job before you even know it existed. (Widely cited stat: ~80% don’t leave voicemail.) IVR / phone trees: Adds friction; lots of callers drop when they can’t reach a real person fast. Human answering: Better than voicemail, but staffing gaps, after-hours coverage, and inconsistency still create missed revenue. Benchmark context: across industries, a large dataset shows only ~61% of business calls are answered (caller speaks to a person) on average.

What William Does NOT Do

Hard boundaries (protect performance).

Click to open

• Outbound cold calls: No. We don’t cold call dead leads in your CRM. Even humans struggle with that—and adding AI on top reduces trust and conversion. We’ve tested it (real estate + tree), and it doesn’t convert high enough to be worth offering. • Run your marketing: No. William is an intake + qualification + routing system. • Custom voice changes on request: No “pick any voice/tone/speed” on demand. We use what’s proven to keep success rates high. • Guaranteed revenue/jobs: Never. We guarantee performance outcomes (like success rate / qualified quote requests) only within defined terms.

System Updates

Everyone benefits when we improve William.

When William improves, all clients benefit, similar to an iPhone software update. We don’t rebuild each client one-by-one just to upgrade core capability. This is how we keep performance climbing over time—because improvements are system-level, not one-off custom work.

Multi-Location Clients

Pricing is per location; ask about bundles.

Click to open

Pricing is per location because each location requires its own rules, routing, alerts, and configuration. If a client has multiple locations and asks for a deal, that’s normal—get approval before offering any discount structure.

Calendar Booking (Do we schedule appointments?)

We highly Recommend not to. Most people just need to be told why to understand.

Click to open

We highly Recommend not to. Most people just need to be told why to understand. William can book on a calendar if they really want that, and if the CRM/API supports it. But that would be a higher-level setup, it costs more (Grow package and up) That said, if the only reason you want the integration is booking, we can do it. For most quote-based service businesses like tree, roofing, auto, fencing, and similar trades, direct calendar booking usually creates more problems than it solves. Scheduling depends on weather, crew availability, job length, drive time, emergencies, and jobs running long. So even if a calendar looks open, that does not always mean it should be booked. Teams often end up having to call people back and move things around. That creates friction and can annoy the customer. So usually the better move is this: let William do his job. Then their team can make the human callback and schedule it the right way based on what’s actually going on. Booking Script for clients: “Yes, William can book on a calendar if the API is friendly and you want to pay for that setup. But for most quote-based service businesses, I usually recommend against it. There are too many moving parts. Weather, crews, drive time, and job changes make direct booking messy. The better play is let William capture and qualify the lead fast, then let your team call back and schedule it the right way.” "Your team then makes the human-to-human callback and schedules the quote in your system the right way."

FAQs

Quick answers

Q: Does William do outbound calls? A: No. We focus on inbound calls because performance is dramatically higher. Outbound to dead leads doesn’t convert well—even with humans—so we don’t offer it. Q: Can you deliver leads to my CRM? A: Usually yes if it’s API-friendly. We already support Jobber, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and many common systems. If it’s not confirmed, dev team reviews it first. Q: Do we charge when William isn’t on calls? A: No. Usage is only billed while William is actively talking. Q: How fast can we go live? A: Typically 24–48 hours after the customization call. Q: Can we choose after-hours only vs all calls? A: Yes. Routing is configurable: after-hours / overflow / all calls / missed-call capture.
